Refund Policy
1. Overview
We strive to achieve client satisfaction through strict quality control. Due to the customized nature of printing and publishing, refunds are limited and handled case‑by‑case as per this Policy.
2. Eligibility
A refund or reprint may be offered if:
– There is a verified manufacturing defect beyond standard printing tolerances
– The delivered specifications materially deviate from the approved proof/job sheet
– The order was cancelled before production commenced (minus administrative costs)
3. Non‑Refundable Situations
– Color/quantity variances within industry tolerances (up to ±3%)
– Errors present in client‑supplied files or post‑approval changes
– Damage after delivery due to mishandling, storage, or transit by third parties
– Services already rendered (editing, typesetting, setup) are non‑refundable
4. Process & Timelines
4.1 Notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photos/samples and order reference.
4.2 We may inspect the goods or request return of samples.
4.3 If the claim is approved, remedies include reprint, partial credit, or refund. Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
Where only part of a job is affected, a proportionate credit or reprint may be offered.
6. Reprint Policy
In cases where reprinting is approved instead of a refund, the client must return or provide photographic evidence of the defective materials.
The reprint will match the original specifications and design unless mutually agreed upon changes are made in writing.
Turnaround times for reprints depend on current production schedules and paper availability.
7. Order Cancellation by the Company
IMaan Papers reserves the right to cancel any order if the provided content violates copyright, contains illegal or defamatory material, or breaches applicable laws.
In such cases, the client will be notified immediately, and any advance payment for uninitiated work will be refunded in full.
8. Legal and Dispute Resolution
All refund-related disputes shall be handled in accordance with Pakistani law.
In case of disagreement, the matter will be first addressed through mutual negotiation; failing resolution, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of Karachi courts.
